I have a beautiful house and need someone to rent out my third bedroom. I am looking for someone to rent for 9 or 12 months starting August or early September.
About the house:
It is a brick townhouse located on a quiet street off of Bainbridge Street in the south philly graduate hospital area. It has hardwood floors throughout and central air. The kitchen is completely updated with exposed brick walls and ventilation, brand new appliances, dishwasher, large island bar and brand new cabinets. Beyond the kitchen is the family room which has double doors that lead to a fenced in patio. In the family room is a door that leads to the basement where the washer and dryer are located. Upstairs are three bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms are all painted white, have hardwood floors, small closets, and are all bright and airy. The bathroom has a large marble double-headed shower and modern fixtures.
About us:
My roommate and myself are both females looking for a third female roommate. We are sophomores at The University of the Arts studying graphic design and illustration. We are laid back, fun loving and outgoing. Please take note that this may not be the quietest house. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet, place you may want to look elsewhere. We work hard during the week and like to let loose on the weekends :) We are hoping to find another student to room with.
This house is a 7 minute walk (I timed it haha) to center city, a block from south street, close to many restaurants/bars/cafes/rittenhouse square and near transportation.
