Very cheap room w/ access to Backyard - Price: 300+ utilities in Philadelphia, Mississippi

Hello,
I'm looking for a 4th roommate. The price of the room and utilities is about $409. We all share the Living room, Kitchen and 3 people share the big Bathroom. Also, All utensils are provided and a washer and dryer. We have access to public transportation, The Philadelphia zoo, the Please Touch Museum, a beautiful jasmine garden and a shopping center down the street. The house is big and with everyone either at school or at work it's usually empty throughout the day. If you are interested please email me to setup an appointment to view the house and the room.
