Property Preservation Crews Needed - Compensation: 500+ in Philadelphia, Mississippi

****MUST HAVE LOCKS OR REKEY AND LOCK BOXES IN STOCK****
We're a Loan Servicing Company is looking for crews to start immediately. We provide a wide range of services to mortgage servicing companies throughout the US working on foreclosed homes. We are looking for REO contractors through out the state that can work on the following services: 
-Re-keying Properties (PPO and REO)
-Performing Initial Services
-Winterizing
-Snow/Ice Removal (only in snow areas)
-Roofing (tarping, patching and replacing)
-Basic Landscape Work
-Trash Haul-out
-Light and deep janitorial services
-General Repairs (drywall, carpet removal, carpet cleaning, cleaning and replacing gutters/downspouts, etc.)
-Mold remediation
Must have all the proper equipment, including: a generator or power inverter, air compressor, truck and trailer or dump truck, Commercial Landscape Equipment, digital camera, internet access, small hand tools, etc. A laptop or tablet PC with wireless internet service is required or a Smartphone to receive orders and submit orders from the road. All work performed throughout the day needs to be submitted same day in order to avoid delays in payment
Must be experienced as a Property Preservation contractor and have references.
Must be willing to complete the work with the understanding that payment will be received within 30-45 days, depending on our clients.
Must be willing to submit a W-9 and be given a xxxx at the end of the year.
Must understand pre-sale guidelines for servicing FHA loans, and have a working knowledge of loan servicing guidelines for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Veterans Affairs properties.
